Organization, individual and retired members may:
Blue dot vote at membership meetings
Blue dot serve on the board of directors
Blue Dot serve on committees

Any student may serve on committees and serve on the board of directors as a non-voting member.

Membership Levels

ORGANIZATION: $300 Any entity with more than 25 employees wishing to sponsor up to ten individuals within their organization as members. Organization members have all the rights and privileges of an individual member.  
ORGANIZATION: $150 Any entity with 25 or fewer employees wishing to sponsor up to five individuals within their organization as members. Organization members have all the rights and privileges of an individual member.  
INDIVIDUAL: $50 Any person interested in rural health or rural health care issues and participating in the activities of the VRHA through its committees, constituency groups and board.

Individual members may vote at membership meetings, serve as a member of the Association Board of Directors, and serve on committees. Individual members may upgrade to Organization membership for the difference in the membership price.
RETIRED: $25 Any person interested in rural health or rural health care issues and participating in the activities of the VRHA through its committees, constituency groups and board. Retired members may vote at membership meetings, serve as a member of the Association Board of Directors, and serve on committees.
STUDENT: $10

Any full-time student in a health care profession.  Student members have all the rights and privilege of individual members except the right to vote, or hold office. Students may serve on the board of directors as non-voting members.

FRIEND: $open

Any person, corporations or organizations who wish to provide financial support to the Association beyond the established membership fees, but not interested in active participation in the governance of the Association. Friends of the Association may not vote, hold office, or serve as a member of the Board of Directors or a committee. Friends of the Association will receive all Association mailings and communications.
